I help people and organizations turn risk into disciplined execution. Drawing on criminology and behavioral science, I implement ESRM-based programs that connect early warning to rapid response, crisis readiness, and sustained business continuity. My operational experience spans high-risk manufacturing and reverse-logistics ecosystems, where I’ve led asset protection and loss prevention; structured investigations and workplace violence prevention; and integrated CPTED, access control, and video analytics to achieve measurable results.
I’m skilled at transforming threat indicators into timely actions and executive choices—prioritizing by risk, defining KPIs/OKRs, and embedding continuous improvement. In cross-border supply chains, I align controls with customer expectations and standards such as C-TPAT, AEO, and TAPA while keeping operations agile and compliant. Educated with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Criminology, and a second Master´s degree in Security and Risk Management I bring an evidence-based approach that is practical, ethical, and people-centric.
Signature topics include: ESRM that actually runs the business, asset protection and LP in reverse-logistics, insider threat programs, crisis leadership and BC integration, CPTED that reduces loss, and building a Security Culture that enables performance. My sessions are designed for executives and practitioners alike—translating risk intelligence into plain language, actionable playbooks, and outcomes the business can feel.
