As a bilingual security professional with extensive experience in strategy security management and leadership, I have developed a wide range of functional skills in security, supply chain, emergency response, crisis management, business continuity, technology management, corporate investigations, loss prevention, security audits/assessment, professional development, GSOC/SOC, E-Learning, management of change, and private security operations. With comprehensive international experience, I possess a deep understanding of the Latin American region and culture, enabling me to manage public and private security contracts as well as international onshore and offshore operations in the oil and gas industry. I specialize in assisting companies with security compliance (CTPAT/AEO/GSV/SCAN) by developing comprehensive strategies and solutions that elevate their projects to a higher level of security. Additionally, I am an expert in political risk analysis, business impact, political risk management, and the development of policies and procedures to mitigate political risks in high-risk countries. As an author of two books, "The Cuban Franchise" (geopolitical risk) and "Private Security Officer," I am dedicated to sharing my knowledge and expertise with others in the industry.
