About the Speaker

Totti Karpela, Director, Peace of Mind Limited, is a violence prevention expert with over 30 years of law enforcement experience managing threats and high-risk offenders. A graduate of the U.S. Secret Service Threat Management Program and CTM-accredited, he has advised government and corporate clients across five continents. He brings expertise in behavioral threat assessment, and violence risk mitigation. Since 2022, he has focused on the risks and opportunities of AI in violence prevention, lecturing internationally and contributing weekly to the “AI in BTAM” network. Totti has published four books and he serves on multiple advisory boards and was named a2024 Top 40 Global Thought Leader.
