This is an open community for all military members and veterans interested in the security industry. This community aims to serve the professional needs of ASIS members that currently or previously served in an enlisted or officer role in any national military; promotes understanding, cooperation, and synergy among employers in the security industry, ASIS, those in military services, and veterans; and leverages ASIS certifications, training, and education programs to improve community members’ professional security competency. This is a Subject Area Community which is led by a volunteer Steering Committee – you’ll see them regularly hosting virtual events, sharing resources, and leading online discussions within ASIS Connects.
