Chief Scippa 35-year veteran of NH Law Enforcement and holds an AA in Emergency Medical Care from NH Technical Institute, a BA in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire and a MS in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England University. He presently serves on the Executive Board of the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training as the Northeast Regional representative.
