Our July Educational Session addresses “What Happens After a Fire...” is presented by a guest speaker, Monica Herrera AVP & Claims Stategic Lead with Lockton.  Her presentation addresses how fires can be devastating events, not only in terms of physical damage but also in the complexity of the aftermath. This session is designed to provide a clear understanding of the critical steps and responsibilities that follow a fire incident in a commercial property.

We’ll explore four key areas:

1. Liability – Who is responsible, and how is liability determined? 
2. Investigation – What does the process look like? 
3. Restoration – How do you begin to rebuild? We’ll cover damage assessment, contractor selection, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
4. Recovery – What does it take to get back to business?
