- Security industry quit rates remain significantly higher than the national average.
- Long-term labor force participation is projected to continue declining, creating ongoing workforce challenges for employers.
- Overall the U.S. labor market is much less volatile as compared to the past couple of years, with lower quit and hire rates
The discussion generated excellent questions around labor market stabilization, retention strategies, talent attraction, and how growth in security service providers compares to growth in the security workforce.
