Paul, thanks for sharing. I definitely think BWC's are an important tool for a healthcare security department as they are capable to affecting behaviors on both sides of the camera. While testing them at CoxHealth, we deployed them on officers that we were receiving a higher-than-average number of complaints about. We quickly saw a decline in complaints on these officers and when we spoke to them, they advised they thought more about how their words could be interpreted, so they were more careful with how they phrased things.
