The following article from The Guardian details a family fight over trusts; such was the basis for my article outlined in Family Office Magazine.

I believe that this Guardian article may be first in a series. I hear that two members of the UK Parliament are now involved and wish a full investigation into potential incestuous dealings in Jersey.

This trust beneficiary and her husband also claim that other trust beneficiaries are becoming vocal against the lack of transparency and potential conflicts of interest executed by some offshore trust companies. The industry will likely be more closely scrutinized.
