ASIS Region 2B (MN, WI)

I'm finding a little bit of push back in the security field on glass security. As glass is always one of the weakest parts of most structures and security plans I am a little surprised that more buildings are not taking advantage of this retrofit upgrade, with everything available from delayed entry to full ballistics, I just don't understand the hesitation. I'm still a newbie to this forum so I wondered if y'all can help give me some insite from a security field perspective. 

With delayed entry Safety, Case Shield, RiotLite, Defenselite Pro, Defenselite Energy, BulletShield all available to protect humans and merchandise do y'all have an understanding of these products and do you add them to your overall plan or is there more education of the uses and protections needed?
