As the most diverse generation joins the workforce, organizations must address the unique challenges faced by travelers - both seen and unseen. In this interactive webinar, @Jon Moody from the ASIS Travel Risk Management Community’s Steering Committee and @Mackenzie Grahek from International SOS discussed their distinct methods of presenting this topic. Jon demonstrated how he educates his travelers in developing their own YOUnique personal risk profiles. Mackenzie discussed how this topic is relayed to customers in the travel risk management field. Mackenzie & Jon led mini-workshops interspersed throughout the webinar. Attendees learned how to protect all employees, meet duty of care obligations, and foster trust in an increasingly polarized world.
