On 19 August 2025, the Pharmaceutical Security Steering Community co-hosted an educational session titled “Security’s Role in the Identification and Mitigation of Insider Threats.” This program explored the unique insider threats facing the pharmaceutical industry and introduced a best practice model for mitigation. Panelists discussed the importance of behavioral assessments in identifying red flags throughout the employment lifecycle and emphasized how security teams can support HR in building a resilient workforce.
