School Safety and Security Community

During Risk Assessments, the interviewing of School Personnel, Security Teams, and Law Enforcement always brings up concerns about the physical building envelope. There is heavy focus on door locks, alarms, cameras, man traps, and technology in general. While these things are very important, what is being found is that the easiest way to get into a building is through the front door and using the very thing that is supposed to keep people safe, the Visitor Management System (VMS).
