Forget what you've heard or think you know about interviewing and interrogation techniques that get results. Reading nonverbal "tells," hostile questioning and eliciting confessions under pressure may have their place in certain contexts (or in the movies) but may fail to help security managers and law enforcement receive useful information. This ASIS National Capital Chapter (NCC) webinar introduces members to rapport-based interviewing and interrogation techniques used by law enforcement agencies nationwide.
Lydia Wilson brings over 25 years' experience as an intelligence analyst and instructor to her current work in professional analyst career education.
