David Gil is a seasoned security industry leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning corporate security, business development, and strategic operations. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnership at Metro One LPSG, David plays a critical role in driving growth, fostering key client relationships, and enhancing security solutions through innovative strategies.
Before joining Metro One LPSG, David spent over 12 years with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where he advanced from Business Development Manager to Region Vice President. In this role, he provided strategic and tactical direction for business planning and acquisition, oversaw sales and operational effectiveness, and led the development of high-caliber security professionals. His leadership contributed to the expansion of protective services and technology-driven security solutions across multiple regions.
David’s extensive background also includes serving as a Regional Security Specialist at Google, where he played a key role in global security operations, and holding multiple leadership positions within Securitas, focusing on risk management, emergency response, and operational security.
A proud veteran, David served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008, deploying three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Rising to the rank of Sergeant, he executed critical roles including artillery operations, provisional rifleman duties, and personal security detail assignments. His service earned him multiple commendations, including the Combat Action Ribbon, and instilled in him a lifelong commitment to excellence, discipline, and leadership.
David’s expertise in security operations, business development, and strategic partnerships makes him a dynamic force in the industry, committed to advancing security solutions and delivering value to clients.
