Job Description

International SOS is currently looking for a Consulting & Solutions Regional Security Manager to drive consulting security revenue growth and the effective coordination and delivery of security consulting, training, and managed services in France.
The role provides direct support to International SOS’s France distribution channel in order to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth across relevant business lines in security consulting solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Drive Consulting & Solutions results  for security solutions

• Provide professional security expertise to drive consulting opportunities through French, regional and global/cross border engagement with clients and prospects;
• Lead the consulting security sales support function in France, guiding priorities and targets in collaboration with the Security Director, Security Solutions Europe & Africa, EMEA Consulting & Solutions Engagement Director and sales and general management France;
• Act as a security partner in France to support the Engagement Director EMEA Consulting & Solutions, Account Management and Business Development teams to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients, and identify consulting solutions to complement their International SOS subscription services; elevate International SOS to trusted advisor status for key security clients in France;
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of any security consulting delivery within France as per the Quality Management System and ISO;
• Help identify and on-board external consultants for specific missions and engagements. Manage external consultants during the delivery process, provide guidance and support;
• Provide input to security consulting and managed service solution design and delivery in support of the Consulting & Solutions global agenda, bringing market input and experience to solution development and deployment.

Represent International SOS 

• Represent International SOS in professional forums and in the media in France;
• Support the design, promotion and delivery of marketing & thought leadership materials relevant to consulting security clients in France; 
• Develop strong peer networks through associations, contacts and working relationships with clients;
• Be the voice of security in the country within International SOS, providing insight on trends, themes and areas of focus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Advocate for French clients through localisation and driving innovation of services;
• Provide local market, customer and competitor insight;
• Prepare for, and actively participate in Consulting & Solutions Practice and Security Services calls and projects, forums, events and meetings when and where appropriate;
• Regional and international travel as required;
• Support the Regional Security Centres’ situational awareness, broaden existing contacts and develop local provider networks where appropriate;
• In exceptional circumstances, provide operational security support during major crises and surge. Deploy as part of an Incident Management Team globally as needed.
   

Qualification

You have a degree in security politics, international relations, law enforcement, criminal science, disaster management or related field.
You have experience in corporate security environment and/or planning, developing, and delivering of security consulting solutions.
You have international Risk and crisis management experience
You have effective communication skills, writing skills (English as the primary language for delivery) and presentation skills
You are fluent in spoken and written French and English (business level); other regional language advantageous
You are willing to work outside of normal duty hours, in support of client requirements 
An experience in security: corporate, consulting, military, police, intelligence, NGO, disaster management or relevant field of academia is a plus
