This Sector-Specific Plan provides a strategy for Federal facility resilience, establishes priorities for enhancing security and resilience for Federal facilities, and defines overarching strategic goals, objectives, and actions while acknowledging challenges that exist.

The Plan addresses the time frame from 2016 to 2019 and will be reassessed after four years.

Through addressing several core capabilities over this four year period, Federal facility security and resilience can be further enhanced. Beyond the Federal facility community, the larger govenm1ent facility landscape of State, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) entities will benefit from this Plan as beneficial results are transfeJTed for broad application.
