Hello Everyone

My name is Douglas Floto.  I am the director of security for a cannabis company in Tucson, AZ.  I have over 30 years of experience in the  security industry.  While in the federal government, I managed global and multi-continental (Europe and Africa) security and counter-terrorism programs for the Department of the Navy. Subsequent to my federal career, I have been a senior security manager in private industry for over 15 years. I have been the Director of Operations and Compliance Manager for a large multi-state operational support contract along the U.S. southwest border and a director of a multi-state operational support contract in California, Arizona and New York supporting the Department of Homeland Security. For the last four and a half years, I have been the Security Director of a cannabis company with management responsibilities over a state of the art greenhouse and multiple dispensaries.
