Academics and Educators of Security Management Interest Group

This was the original 2005 whitepaper that outlined the point and purpose of ASIS joining with two information security groups, ISACA and ISSA, to form a joint association. This association was a failure, even though ASIS was proved right in recognizing that security convergence was on the horizon. 

This may be useful for teaching about the history of ASIS, and also roadblocks related to the successful formation of security partnerships, along with AESRM's other reports.
