Dwayne Gulsby launched his career with Securitas USA in 1992 while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, balancing his duties with a part-time role until his honorable discharge in 1994. What began as a modest start quickly evolved into a dynamic career marked by rapid advancement and impactful leadership.
In 2009, Dwayne was named President of Securitas Canada, where he successfully led nationwide operations and helped elevate the company’s presence. In 2013, he returned to the U.S. to take on his current role as President of the Central Atlantic Region. Under his leadership, the region has built a reputation for excellence, resilience, and client-focused service.
Beyond his operational leadership, Dwayne is a passionate advocate for the industry and a frequent guest speaker at security forums and leadership summits. He’s been featured in numerous media interviews for his insights on risk, resilience, and the evolving role of private security.
A strong believer in people-first leadership, Dwayne proudly serves as co-chair of Securitas USA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee—championing a workplace culture that celebrates difference, encourages belonging, and drives progress.

Garrett Packett, CPP is a seasoned security professional with over two decades of experience spanning public and private sectors. He began his career in 2004 with the Nebraska Department of Corrections, where he rose through the ranks from Officer to Lieutenant before transitioning to the role of Senior Parole Officer in 2012. During his tenure, Garrett played a pivotal role on several specialized teams, including Security Threat Groups, Emergency Preparedness, and Security Audits. He was also a member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, demonstrating his ability to lead under pressure and navigate complex challenges.
In 2017, Garrett brought his expertise to the private sector, joining Securitas to manage local operations. His leadership and strategic insight led to his promotion as Global Account Manager in 2019, where he oversaw high-level client relationships and operational performance.
Since 2023, Garrett has served as Director of National Accounts at Prosegur Security. In this role, he focuses on operational optimization, seamless client transitions, and comprehensive program management—driving innovation and excellence across national security operations.
Beyond his professional achievements, Garrett is deeply committed to community service. He volunteers as an EMT and firefighter, and has led initiatives in public relations, emergency management, school safety, and fire prevention, reflecting his unwavering dedication to public safety.
Garrett is also a passionate advocate for industry standards and best practices. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the ASIS Security Services Steering Committee, where he helps shape the future of the security profession.
