MEET OUR SPEAKER:
Dr. Darcy Leutzinger is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in emergency management, law enforcement, and education. He holds a Ph.D. in Emergency and Protective Services from Capitol Technology University, among other academic achievements. Over his 26-year career with the Warren Police Department, the third largest city in the State of Michigan, Darcy held multiple leadership roles, including Executive Lieutenant and Special Response Team Commander, where he managed high-stakes investigations and developed emergency response protocols. Transitioning to the private sector, he led security operations for Fortune 500 organizations. He is the Senior Vice President of Security for United Wholesale Mortgage. He is also the Program Director at the University of the Pacific, for the Master of Emergency Management Program. Darcy is the President of Premier Training Services and the developer of the nation’s leading active shooter program (AVERT).
