Supported by the ASIS Professional Development Community, the Security Leaders Mentoring Program connects security professionals worldwide to a wealth of resources, advice, and guidance through one-on-one connections. Any ASIS member at any job level may participate in the program.

• Create your Mentor or Mentee profile
• Mentees search the Mentor Directory to select their Mentor match
• Mentees reach out to the mentor through the platform
• If Mentor accepts the mentee request, the pair move their discussions to video or voice call

In the first meeting, it is important to set expectations for the relationship--how often do you want to meet up, what do you want to get out of this relationship.
