Travel Risk Management Community

This is an open community for all ASIS members interested in security issues related to travel risk management and aligning with the ISO 31030 Travel Risk Management Standard as the framework and common language. The community aims to provide information and expertise related to: 

·                  Implementing travel risk management programs

·                  Conducting pre-departure risk assessments

·                  Educating and training personnel to better prepare them for travel

·                  Location awareness and communication with travelers, contingency planning for travel, etc.

·                  Best practices to support incident management and escalation to crisis management

·                  Engagement will include benchmarking against ISO 31030, and information sharing regarding various services, location assessment methodologies, and other facets of a travel risk management program
