Professional with a solid background in corporate security and asset protection, supported by the international CPP® (Certified Protection Professional) certification from ASIS International, held continuously since 2000, reflecting a high global standard in security management.
Consistent track record of international specialization, including participation in more than 27 annual seminars in the United States focused on strategic security management, as well as training in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) convention in Toronto.
Professionally, he served as shareholder and Director of Security Operations at FORZA (1992–2007). Following the company’s acquisition by Securitas, he joined as a senior executive, leading the implementation of integrated physical (human) security and technological security models, as well as the design and deployment of corporate policies and security management systems for top-tier organizations.
His experience spans key industries in Peru, including mining (gold and copper), energy, oil & gas, ports, airports, agribusiness, transportation, logistics, higher education, and K-12 institutions, developing solutions tailored to high-complexity and high-risk environments.
At the institutional level, he is a founding member of the Peru Chapter of ASIS International, having served as Chapter Chairman, and currently sits on its Advisory Board. He actively contributes to the professional development of the sector by delivering training on Protection of Assets (POA) manuals and international standards, as well as leading practical workshops based on real-case analysis.
Additionally, he has developed an online training platform aimed at supporting security professionals in their preparation for the CPP® certification, contributing to capacity building in corporate security across the region.
He holds advanced military training from the Peruvian Navy, and UN in operations within conflict zones, providing a comprehensive perspective on complex risk management and critical environments.
