"Leading for Resilience: Embracing Mental Wellness in the GSOC"

GSOC operators and analysts work in a high-pressure environment shaped by continuous monitoring, disruptive events, alert fatigue, and exposure to crisis information. This 30-minute session will give GSOC leaders practical strategies to strengthen mental wellness, build team resilience, and support their teams before stress becomes burnout. Participants will explore how leadership behaviors, team routines, communication practices, and a positive wellness culture are foundational to both individual well-being and operational performance.
