Session Description

This presentation focuses on data and decision making, specifically how data can drive actions or decisions in a crisis, or not.

Topics include:

  • The challenges of relying on a single source of information
  • Real-life examples of data use, both on its own and combined with experience
  • Combining data, knowledge, and learned experience
  • How knowledge should be weighed into AI responses

Participants Will Learn:

  • Practical ways to inject knowledge and experience when responding to the basics of crisis or emergencies, such as employee roll or safety calls
  • How to leverage knowledge and experienced professionals when responding, including focusing on safety and key business services
