This is an open community for all members interested in security issues related to intellectual property protection. This community aims to promote information sharing, education and best practices to assist organizations of all types in protecting sensitive information, intangible assets and privacy data from unauthorized, inappropriate, malicious or criminal disclosure or acquisition, and other risks. This community areas of interest include intellectual property protection, product security, privacy protections & compliance, ethics, insider threat mitigation, due diligence, market entry planning, intangible asset valuation/protection, product counterfeiting and piracy reduction, technical security countermeasures, social engineering, and countering economic espionage and competitive intelligence. This is a Subject Area Community which is led by a volunteer Steering Committee – you’ll see them regularly hosting virtual events, sharing resources, and leading online discussions within ASIS Connects.
