💬 Why We’re Spotlighting Jonathan: Jonathan is passionate about safeguarding associates and assets through innovative physical security solutions and strategic risk management. He has achieved significant cost reductions in security spend while simultaneously enhancing protection at high-risk sites through strategic mitigation of physical security controls. Jonathan successfully championed card reader installations in office areas for Return to Office initiatives, securing PhySec approval through effective policy mitigations that provide associates with secure spaces for storing Amazon files and conducting meetings. He directed site camera optimization to effectively resolve Theft and Workplace Incident Management escalations. By sharing best practices and insights with the Pillar Team, Jonathan has driven security improvements across the Northeast Region. He regularly conducts training sessions that equip site leaders with critical emergency response capabilities. Jonathan is committed to balancing operational excellence with associate safety through data-driven security strategies and a culture of continuous improvement.
