​Serves as an important resource for retail loss prevention professionals, and provides a vehicle for the exchange of new technologies and best practices critical to the achievement of loss prevention objectives.


  • Retail Loss Prevention Council

    The Retail Loss Prevention Council is established to assist the Society in achieving its goals by becoming the focal point for Society activities within all aspects of the Retail Loss Prevention discipline.

    The Council will assist the Society in achieving its Vision and Mission by:

    • Providing high quality training and educational opportunities,
    • Fulfilling the needs of members and potential members,
    • Providing opportunities for the exchange of ideas,
    • Assisting in the promulgation of guidelines, standards and ethic conduct,
    • Promoting the Society to key audiences,
    • Pursuing and maintaining strategic alliances with relevant organizations,
    • Enhancing the effectiveness of Society volunteer leadership and assisting in the continued strength of the Society
