Geospatial and GEOINT Working Group

 View Only

This is an open community for all ASIS members interested in security issues related to geospatial analysis and in geospatial intelligence tradecraft. This community aims to contribute to the advancement of security globally by engaging with security professionals world-wide who are practitioners, analysts, managers, and subject matter experts in the field of geospatial analysis and geospatial intelligence. This community looks to fulfill its mission through collaboration with current ASIS International members and all such industry leaders in government, private industry, and non-profit organizations.  All threats have a spatial component. This spatial foundation enables security professionals to not just understand what is happening, but precisely where it's occurring, how it's spreading, and critically, why location matters to the outcome. This is an Interest Group which is a little more informal, but still a great place to engage in conversation and connect with members from around the globe. Join one or all – they’re included in your ASIS membership!
