Gaming & Wagering Protection Community,
As mentioned in today's community meeting, we have officially announced our goals and objectives for the group this year. Our Steering Committee has set the following goals:
Quarterly Community Meetings
We will maintain a minimum of one full community meeting per quarter to discuss Gaming & Wagering Protection Community business, as well as have a presentation from a speaker on a topic that is pertinent to the community.
Communication & Technology
We will utilize ASIS Connects as our main form of communication to our community. This will include active posts and discussions, posting of community events, polls and questionnaires designed to improve community engagement and communication. We will continue to utilize email communication and look to establish connectivity on LinkedIn to promote community engagement.
Community Growth
We will utilize communication and platforms to promote community growth and increase membership on the Gaming & Wagering Protection Community. We will look to establish strong relationships with other communities, regions, chapters, etc. to promote growth and strong working relationships amongst our peers in ASIS and across our cross-functional disciplines to continue to improve the protection of the gaming & wagering community.
