As a younger professional in the field, he is driving innovation by integrating physical, technological, and digital security into comprehensive solutions. Through his leadership at United Security, Inc., Justin is spearheading technology adoption and cybersecurity growth, positioning the organization at the forefront of industry evolution. He works closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational development, while partnering with sales and marketing team to deliver tailored programs that meet the unique needs of clients—including high-net-worth individuals and enterprises. His forward-thinking approach is helping shape the future of security services across multiple markets. Leveraging his Political Science background and MBA in Management, Justin supports departments in navigating complex public and private sector verticals, aligning security strategies with regulatory and organizational needs. Additionally, Justin champions AI awareness and internal education, fostering a culture of innovation and preparing the organization for the future of intelligent security solutions.
