ASIS members are needed to review the proposals after the Call for Presentations closes.
- Reviewer Application: ASIS invites you to apply to review submitted proposals. Individuals need to submit their name, sign up for a subject matter track of proposals to review, and give background information about why they want to review the GSX 2021 proposals. Please click here to complete the quick form. ASIS staff will review all applications and notify reviewers prior to 24 February of their status.
- Assignment: Online reviewers evaluate approximately 50 proposals within their selected track. For each proposal, reviewers read the 100-word abstract, give ratings using our rubric, and give comments. You may review and submit a proposal. If you are assigned your own proposal, you will need to recuse yourself. The entire process will be done online. The review will be blind…. speaker names, companies and biographies will not be shown.
- Benefits: Online reviewers who complete their full assignment receive a 25% discount off for GSX 2021 registration fees and four (4) continuing professional education (CPE) points towards your ASIS certification. Reviewers must complete the full assignment to receive these benefits.
- Timeline: The online review takes place from 5–22 March 2021.
