Announcements

  • GSX is on!

Things are changing on a daily basis and there is growing uncertainty from many.  Let me be clear--GSX is on!

As a Volunteer Leader of ASIS International, I want you to know that ASIS has created a best-in-class gathering with world-class partners, and we are NOT canceling the show. I was hoping I could ask a favor from you – could you please convey that message directly to anyone who contacts you? I would really appreciate it. Please feel free to share with them that we spoke directly, too.

ASIS has communicated with our key stakeholder audiences regularly and clearly about any updates related to the show since announcing our intentions for this year’s event. The safety of all those attending has been, and continues to be, our top priority. That is why we have incorporated an industry-leading approach to our health and safety protocols (following CDC guidance and working with a leading authority health and safety event protocols, Safe Expo). We are working with a facility (Orange County Convention Center) that is only one of a handful to have received the Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation  -- recognized as the gold standard of safe venues. The airport, convention center, and hospitality community have all been phenomenal partners and are among the most advanced (and experienced) in their approach to health and safety protocols for events and tourism. They have hosted, and continue to host, safe gatherings and are considered the leader in hosting safe events. We couldn't have asked for better partners at this moment in time.

GSX is on and we look forward to seeing you there!

Thank you. Stay safe and healthy!
