Our FUTURE Operations Center community meets every month to talk about how operations centers are staffed, what they monitor, and where they are heading. We have not yet had a shared picture of where our own members currently stand.
This short survey builds that baseline. It covers current capabilities, staffing models and missions, how organizations without an ops center cover the work today, the role of AI, and which capabilities you think these ops centers will need in 2027 and beyond.
Two things we hope will come out of this survey. You will get benchmarks by organization size, footprint, and industry that you can use in your own planning. And your answers will shape what the GSOC Practitioners Forum programs over the coming year and beyond.
Responses are confidential, and identifying yourself at the end is optional if you would like to engage more with the community.
