Up next are the other 4Ms, which stand for Material, Method, Measurement, and Milieu. One common classification model for such businesses is the 7Ps which stand for Price, Place, Product, Promotion, Price, People, Positioning, and Packaging. When conjoined together, they help understand what the problem area is - whether it is the product or the target market or the branding. Other service providers have a standardized classification model called the 5S categorizing model. They stand for Safety, Skills, Systems, Suppliers, and Surroundings. Considering these categories carefully can help with developing high-quality services that are user-friendly and safe to use. 

If there are problems identified or if you are conducting the Fishbone Diagram analysis as a precautionary measure, you’ll have more insight on improvements to make. This could even apply to developing software that will serve the targeted audience. However, the good thing about the Fishbone Diagram is that it can be altered and improved depending on the situation.

There are some prerequisites to effectively use the fishbone diagram like a professional for the greatest benefit. The major prerequisite is having a clear and precise intention of using this problem-solving or risk management procedure. 

In most cases, it is used to solve problems. In that case, be sure about what the problem is before commending your analysis and clearly outline it on the diagram.
