Registration is now open to all ASIS International members to join the Law Enforcement Liaison Community for our quarterly presentation, a virtual event.

    Welcome to Being Wrong:

    Leading in the Private Sector

Making the transition from the public sector to the private has never been an easy task. For those who intend to transition as leaders, it can be disastrous.

Tim Wenzel & Lee Oughton are global security executives and co-founders of The Kindness Games, a leadership and cultural development company.

They share a common path from the military to government contracting, into executive protection and then to The Boardroom. They will share their experiences on how these sectors differ in mindset, the behaviors which get us into trouble, and the new mindsets which are required to be successful in the private sector.

The foundations of this conversation will be Leading with Kindness philosophy with an emphasis on fostering and managing relationships to maximize sustainable influence.
