Panel members Andrew Sheves and Chris Marshall will discuss their practical experience with establishing and supporting an Executive Crisis Management Team (ECMT) at our upcoming Q2 community meeting on May 21, 2025 from Noon-1pm (Eastern).
Andrew Sheves is an experienced risk, security and crisis manager with over 25 years of global experience across Fortune 5 oil and gas companies, NGO’s and government bodies including the US DoD. Sheves was a Director at Regester Larkin (now part of Deloitte), a specialist crisis management consultancy, where he provided crisis management support across multiple business sectors to their worldwide clients. Andrew is a long time member of ASIS and our CMBC Community.
Chris Marshall, CPP, CBCI currently serves a Senior Director of Business Continuity & Resilience at Nemours Children’s Health. His 30+ year career in crisis management began in the UK with the National Health Service and he has held crisis management program and ECMT development assignments at the National, Regional and Global levels. Chris currently serves as a member of the CMBC Steering Committee.
